All my things are on their way to me and I realized, I may not have enough room.
Erected an emergency shed to store any spill-over.
While I’m waiting for permit approval, I decided to build a small deck with yet another shed on top to act as additional storage, garden shed, hang out zone, & more rain catchment.
It’s under 200 sq. ft, so can be built un-permitted. It will still be to code though.
We hit bed rock… again…and the three rear pier blocks needed to be poured in place. You can just see the 3 matching ones near the front.
Those suckers weigh about 150 lbs each!
Massive beams are in and foundation is finished.
Joists are in and primered and the front apron is taking shape
Outline of shed walls are down and insulation is in place (the purple stuff), plywood going on top.
Shed floor complete and primered. You can’t see it, but there’s weed block underneath.
First wall is up!
Forklift coming off the truck.
One of many lumber deliveries.
